In the world of artificial colored granules & sands, even the slightest difference in temperature can bring about vastly different effects.
In the world of artificial colored granules & sands, even the slightest difference in temperature can bring about vastly different effects.
The ceramization reaction of the wall colored sand, within the low-temperature range of 80℃ to 100℃, forms a dense layer with elasticity through slow heat conduction. This structure not only endows the colored sand with excellent adhesion but also grows a fine "protective film" on the surface, making the wall color soft and long-lasting, closely adhering to the wall and not afraid of the passage of time and frost.
The vitrification reaction of colored granules takes place in a high-temperature environment of 700℃ to 800℃, undergoing intense physical and chemical changes. High temperatures cause the minerals in the colored granules to melt and crystallize, eventually forming a glassy glaze surface. This glazed surface has extremely high hardness, and its wear resistance and weather resistance far exceed those of ordinary colored sand, truly providing shelter from wind and rain for the roof.
Using colored granules that cannot withstand the required temperatures on a roof is like installing a ticking time bomb.
And for over 70 years, we have always adhered to quality, fully utilized the heat, and ensured that every grain of colored granules & sands can stand the test of time!
